Country of origin on every coloured stone, and the specific field where a laboratory can determine it. Where origin is undetermined, the listing says so in the same size type.
Heat, oil, fracture filling, irradiation — on the listing itself, not in the terms. Untreated stones carry the report that proves it.
Every report number can be checked directly with the laboratory that issued it. We tell you how, and we would rather you did.

For coloured stones, a great deal — a Kashmir sapphire and a Sri Lankan sapphire of identical appearance can differ several-fold in price. For diamonds, almost nothing. We will tell you which case you are in.
Yes — our laboratory-grown diamonds are IGI certified and priced accordingly, offered alongside our GIA-certified natural stones. Every listing states which it is.
An independent insurance valuation comes with every piece over $5,000. Below that we can arrange one at cost.
